Carrot, Beet, Ginger juice is delicious. With a nice spicy kick, and lots of vitamins and minerals, it’s also hydrating and nutritious.
Equipment:
A juicer
A cutting board and knife
Optional: A cup
Ingredients:
Carrots (5)
Beets (1)
Ginger (about a 1″ piece)
Instructions:
Soak carrots, beet, and ginger for a little while in a jar or a bowl, because a juicing manufacturer’s website gave this as a tip to increase juice yield. Your roots might be thirsty after their long trip from farm to fridge.
To help prevent clogging of your juicer’s screen, cut roots into small pieces. Chloe find that longer, thinner cuts seem to work the best for root vegetables.
Feed produce through the feed shoot of the juicer.
For maximum nutrients, drink juice as soon as it’s made, feel good as the fresh, living nutrients course through your veins, enjoy the pretty sunset colors.
Feel gratitude to the maker of yourself and root vegetables.
